What we're asked most often.

How do I choose my size?

Lay a T-shirt that fits you well flat and measure it, then compare its length (from shoulder to hem) and width (from armpit to armpit) with the chart below. Between two sizes, go for the larger one for a softer drape.

How do I care for my T-shirt?

To keep the line intact, wash it at 30 °C inside out, no tumble dryer, and iron it inside out, never on the print.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

France: €7.99 for standard shipping, free on orders of €65 or more, or €10.99 for express. European Union: €22. Other countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada…): €29. The exact delivery time and cost are shown at checkout, before you confirm. Your tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as your order ships.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind: e-mail us at info@101pourcentgarce.com with your order number, then send back the item unworn, unwashed, with its tags. We refund you within 14 days. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective. Everything is detailed in our refund policy.
