Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

To exercise this right, write to us at info@101pourcentgarce.com, stating your order number and the items concerned.

Returning items

Send the items back no later than fourteen days after informing us of your decision. They must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with their tags and packaging. Return costs are your responsibility. We will give you the return address in response to your request.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including the initial shipping costs up to the standard rate, no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision. The refund may be withheld until we receive the items or until proof of their shipment is provided. It is made using the payment method used for the order.

Wrong choice

A size or color that doesn't suit you falls under the right of withdrawal above. To avoid this, each product page lists the sizes and characteristics of each style; if in doubt, write to us before ordering.

Defective or non-conforming item

An item that is defective or does not match the order is covered by the legal warranties: warranty of conformity for two years from delivery (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect: in this case, return costs are not your responsibility.
