Shipping area
We ship to France, throughout the European Union and internationally (Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and the other countries offered at checkout). Your country isn't listed? Write to us at info@101pourcentgarce.com.
Shipping costs
- France — standard shipping: €7.99, free on orders of €65 or more;
- France — express shipping: €10.99;
- European Union: €22;
- Other countries: €29.
The chosen method and its price, converted into your order currency, are displayed before payment. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery by the destination country.
Delivery time
The delivery time for each method is shown at checkout. In any event, we deliver without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract (article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code).
Tracking your parcel
A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail when your order ships, along with the carrier's link. You can also track your parcel from the Track my order page of the website.
Late delivery
If delivery does not take place within this period, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, then cancel the sale if delivery still does not take place: we will then refund you within fourteen days (article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code).
On receipt
We recommend checking your parcel on receipt. If the parcel is damaged or an item is missing, contact us with your order number: this in no way limits your legal warranties.
