Data collected

We collect the data you provide to us: last name, first name, shipping and billing addresses, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your orders and of your exchanges with us, and, if you create an account, your login credentials. Browsing data (IP address, pages viewed, device type) is also collected during your visit. Payment data is processed by the payment provider: we do not have access to it.

Purposes and legal bases

  • processing and delivering your orders, handling returns and customer service — performance of the contract;
  • keeping accounts and meeting legal obligations — legal obligation;
  • preventing fraud and ensuring the security of the website — legitimate interest;
  • sending you our offers by e-mail and measuring audience through non-essential cookies — consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Seller and, to the extent necessary for their tasks, for its service providers: the store's host and platform (Shopify), the payment provider, and the supplier and carrier responsible for shipping your order, who receive your name, shipping address and phone number. Your data is never sold or rented.

Transfers outside the European Union

The Seller is established in Switzerland, a country recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of data protection. Some service providers, in particular the supplier and carrier who ship orders, are established outside the European Economic Area. The processing of your data remains subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, since the website is aimed at customers located in the European Union. The corresponding transfers are limited to the data needed for shipping and are covered by the safeguards provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation (European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

  • customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then three years from the last order for sending offers, unless you object;
  • accounting records and invoices: ten years (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code);
  • prospects: three years from the last contact;
  • cookies: thirteen months at most.
